New Clothing Lines Offer a Different Approach to Brand Development

New clothing lines, Cereal and McFly provide a more unique appeal to an already saturated market. Inspired by a mix of street-culture and iconic symbolisms from the 80's and 90's decades, these collections are reminiscent of an integral time in modern fashion. The prints and patterns developed by Montréal-based designer Guillaume Germain, take on a new sense of style through their intriguing concepts and Japanese referencing. Vibrant contrast colours and subtle print variations catch the eye and beg for a double-take.

Both lines comprise men's t-shirts, however Cereal Clothing includes a selection of hooded sweatshirts, sweaters and jeans; the majority of which have already sold-out due to popular demand. All t-shirts are accented by over the sleeve labels, bearing each brand's individual logo.

Detail is everything, from its branded poly-bags to the cereal box these clothes are packaged in, these collections market themselves. A follow-through approach is important to Cereal and McFly's designs. Reinforcing their uniqueness, they build characters/logos with a story behind them. You'll find each Cereal and McFly character is given depth through design variations, thus attributing a somewhat emotional layer to an otherwise static drawing. These slight variations give its viewer the sense of walking into an enchanted toy store where one is almost positive that when the lights are turned off, all of the toys come to life!
